SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 tsp. parsley
1/3 bay leaf
2 tbsp. onion
5 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 lb. halibut
1/2 lb. crab
1/4 lb. shrimp

Heat milk, parsley, bay leaf and onion 15 minutes. Do not boil; strain. Melt the 5 tablespoons butter, add flour, salt and pepper. Add hot milk, cook until thick. Steam halibut and flake. Add all seafood to sauce. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter to bread crumbs. Place 1/2 crumbs in 2 quart casserole pan. Place seafood on top. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe can be tripled, then add double the seafood.
