STUFFED TOMATOES 
Tomatoes
Bread cubes
1 egg
Garlic, cut up
Green onions
Cut up left-over beef roast
Mushroom -- cut up only when ready to use

Par-boil each tomato.

Cut up bread in cubes. Add small amount of water to crush in ball in hands. Cut up. Spoon out centers of tomatoes. Mix above all together and stuff in tomatoes. Pour juice around tomatoes in glass pan.

Bake in oven.
