SHRIMP MOLD 
1 lb. boiled shrimp - chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp. or to taste sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. or to taste salt (I use Natures seasoning salt)
2 sm. pkg. gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped fine (mild or Videlia onion is best)

Combine cream cheese, soup and gelatin in double boiler or in glass bowl if using a microwave.

DOUBLE BOILER:

Heat over low heat.

Stir constantly until smooth.

MICROWAVE:

Heat at low heat for about 2 to 4 minutes or until cream cheese is soft.

Stir until smooth.

Fold in shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, pickles and salt. Pour in mold. Chill overnight in refrigerator or until firm. Makes about 6 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
