SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
8 oz. cream cheese (heat above in saucepan)
1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1 c. celery chopped fine
1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp

Take heated soup and cream cheese off heat and add dissolved gelatin. Cool slightly before adding the other ingredients. Blend well and pour into greased mold and chill.

Serve with crackers.
