LEMON LOAF CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream sugar and butter in mixing bowl. Alternate 2 tablespoons flour and 1 egg until all is used up. Mix well after adding flour and egg each time. Add flavoring. Bake in tube pan in moderate oven until done.
