GARDEN SALSA 
18 ripe tomatoes
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cumin
3 to 6 hot peppers, to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 lg. onions
2 green peppers
1 sm. can tomato paste

Chop vegetables and add all other ingredients. Cook until tender. May be paced into sterile jars and processes for 15 minutes in boiling water bath. May also be packed into airtight containers and frozen.
