MILK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
BARS
 
1 c. peanut butter
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk chocolate morsel, divided (11 1/2 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine first 2 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup milk chocolate morsels. Spread in 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes until edge begin to brown.

Sprinkle with remaining milk chocolate morsels. Let stand 5 minutes until morsels become shiny and soft. Spread chocolate evenly over top. Cool completely. Cut into 1 1/2 inch bars. Makes 48 bars.
