2 eggs
1 tsp. milk
3 pieces of cheese, cut up
A little bit of onions, chopped up

Spray pan with Pam. Take 2 eggs, crack them open, mix with mix. Put in pan and heat up and put cheese and onion in and turn over and your onion cheese omelet is done.
