CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
1/4 c. green pepper (diced)
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. celery (diced)
1 cucumber (peeled and diced)
1/4 c. onion (diced)
1/2 c. cashews
Handful of green grapes

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Parmesan Ranch (Henri's)

Combine ingredients. Mix with dressing. Sprinkle with Paprika.
