KOREAN STYLE RIBS | |
4-5 lbs. short ribs 2 cloves garlic 1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted and crushed 1 c. chopped green onions 1 tsp. black pepper 2 c. soy sauce 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil Place ribs in pan. Mix all other ingredients together (marinade). Pour marinade over ribs. Toss to coat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Barbecue over hot coals or under broiler, turning and basting often until meat is tender. Serves 4 to 6 people. |
