HUNGARIAN BUTTER HORN 
4 c. flour
1 cake yeast
3 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

3 egg whites
1 c. sugars
1 c. pecans

Mix first 7 ingredients and chill while making filling.

Filling: Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and pecans. Dredge board with powdered sugar. Divide dough into 8 equal parts. Roll out each part and cut into 8 wedges. Put a teaspoon of filling on small end and roll up. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
