TOMATO BARBEQUE SALAD 
1/2 c. barbeque sauce (bottled)
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic (crushed)
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tomatoes (cut in chunks)

In small saucepan heat sauce, oil, vinegar, bay leaf, garlic and salt. Boil and reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Discard leaf. Stir in tomatoes and chill. Serves 6.
