PUMPKIN DROP CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg or allspice

Grease cookie sheet. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, pumpkin, vanilla; mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well and add nuts. Put in greased cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly brown.

ICING: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, mix and pour over cake.
