CURRIED FRUIT BAKE 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 lg. can pineapple slices
1 lg. can pear halves
8-10 maraschino cherries with stems
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruit and arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter, add brown sugar and curry. Spoon over fruit. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. 1 hour. Serve with ham, poultry or lamb.
