1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar finely chopped dried beef
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar finely chopped dried beef

Soften cream cheese and blend with milk. Mix in all other ingredients except nuts. Blend well. Pat into 8" pie plate, spread with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
