CHICKEN BREAST 
4 to 6 chicken breasts, boned
3 or 4 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Good Seasons salad dressing mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Rice

Place chicken breast in baking dish. Melt butter in skillet; sprinkle dry mix over butter. Add remaining ingredients except rice, blending well. Spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.

Prepare rice as usual, omitting salt and adding a package of Good Seasons salad dressing in the water in place of the salt. Serve rice with chicken.
