QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS | |
2 pkgs. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 pkg. Golden Egg custard mix 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. melted butter 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour Mix all dry ingredients. Add melted butter and water. Mix well. Turn on floured board and knead. Roll out dough; spread with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add 1 cup brown sugar; bring to a boil, sprinkle with nuts. Place rolls in pan, cover and let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
