CANDIED BRIE 
1 c. Grand Marnier (or, another liqueur)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 lb. round Brie cheese, with rind

Mix first three ingredients and pour over cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with apples, pears, and crackers.
