AGNES'S PIE DOUGH 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour

Mix flour, Crisco and salt to cornmeal stage. Add lemon juice and blend well with flour mixture. Then add milk. This will make 2 two crusted pies. Dough can be refrigerated or frozen.
