MOCHA MOUSSE 
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate bits
2 eggs
1/2 pt. cream, whipped

Combine sugar, water and coffee in saucepan and boil 3 minutes. Place bits in blender. Add sugar syrup, blend 6 seconds. Add eggs, blend 1 minute. Remove from blender and fold in cream. Pour in mold and freeze. Unmold 1/2 hour before serving and put in refrigerator.
