BUTTERSCOTCH RING | |
2 loaves frozen bread dough 1/2 pkg. regular butterscotch pudding mix (not instant) 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Thaw frozen bread dough overnight in refrigerator. Grease angel food or Bundt pan well. Break off small balls of dough and put in pan (put in any way - on top of each other, etc.) Sprinkle 1/2 package regular butterscotch pudding mix over rolls in pan. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour this over rolls and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Watch closely in oven so it doesn't bake too long. The pudding mix, etc. runs down around the rolls. When baked, invert on plate and just "pull apart" the rolls and enjoy! |
