APPLE NUT LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. apple juice
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, apple juice, and nutmeg in mixer bowl, blend until smooth. Pour lemon juice over chopped apples and add to the creamed cheese mixture. Gently fold in 3/4 cup of the pecans then shape into a 6 inch log and roll in the remaining chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and serve on crackers. Makes a different type party snack.
