EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix well. Add vanilla and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown. (Do not overbake.) Cool, store tightly covered at room temperature.
