HERB VINAIGRETTE 
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, halved
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram

Mix all ingredients well and chill. Put in refrigerator for 1 or 2 days before using.
