1/2 cup sugar 2-3 tablespoons boiling water In a heavy sauce pan, dissolve sugar in water over low heat, brushing sides of pan with water until sugar is dissolved. Raise heat and cook without stirring until a dark amber (don't let it get too brown). Submitted by: Caroline.Padilla |
