FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Top with favorite mixture of fruit.
