ICE BOX PUDDING 
1 can milk chilled
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
Vanilla wafers
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 lemon

Dissolve lemon Jello. Add 3/4 cup sugar in hot water. Add the cold water and juice of one lemon. Set in refrigerator until it begins to congeal. Put milk in a bowl in the freezer. When ice crystals begin to form on edges, beat with mixer until fluffy.

Add lemon mixture to this. A larger bowl may be needed at this time. Beat once more. Roll cookies until fine, about a pound. Spread 1/2 of cookie crumbs on bottom of dish, then pour the pudding mixture on top. Cover with balance of cookies. Place in refrigerator to set (4 hours).
