YUMMY CAKE

1 golden pound cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix and spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

2ND STEP:

1 box powdered sugar (save some for top)
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix above and spread over 1st step - sprinkle top with pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
