KANSAS SALAD (MAKE AHEAD) 
1 can shoe - peg corn
1 can French green beans
1 can small peas
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 sm. jar pimento
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Scant tsp. salt and pepper

For dressing, heat oil water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Pour over vegetables. Cover and cool. Better if stands overnight.
