2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk (or sour milk)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. melted marshmallows (melt in a little butter)

In a large bowl sift together sugar and flour. Mix in a sauce pan the oil, butter, cocoa and Coke. Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

6 tbsp. Coke
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix (by hand!) Coke, cocoa and butter; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
