APPLESAUCE SOUFFLE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 (24 oz.) jar chunky applesauce
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350°F in a greased casserole or souffle dish for 30-60 minutes, according to how deep the dish is.

Note: It is done when has a Jello "molded" look.

Remove from oven and top with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven until browned.
