TEX MEX DIP 
1 can bean dip (Chip department in grocery store)
2 ripe avocados, mashed, salted and lemoned
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 sm. tomatoes, diced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 jar taco sauce
10 oz. cheese, shredded

Layer in order listed above on large platter (or a square pan). Serve with nacho chips (1-2 bags). A double batch fits into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
