SALSA 
1/3 peck sweet green peppers
1/3 peck sweet red peppers
1/3 hot peppers (Hungarian wax)
Wesson oil
Tomato sauce, enough to cover peppers in pot
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste

Cut up peppers. Add oil and cover with tomato sauce in pot. Heat until hot. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Put in hot jars and process in hot water bath for 30 minutes. Make as much or as little as you like. As hot or mild as you like by changing amount of peppers.
