SUPPER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes (keep dry mixture aside)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Brown beef, pour off fat. Combine beef, potatoes and broccoli in casserole. Sprinkle dry mixture from potatoes over beef, potatoes and broccoli. Mix milk and mayonnaise. Pour over casserole. Add water (boiling). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs and put on top of casserole. Bake 1/2 hour longer. Serves 8.
