FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 c. coconut (very fine)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
4 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix with wooden spoon, do not beat. Add 3/4 c. warm water. Mix well and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes.
