EASY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Drain fruits well. Mix dry pudding with 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Add fruits; stir until well mixed. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip; refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours.
