CAROLERS COOKIES 
1 c. Parkay
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1/8 c. flour
1/2 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the other mixture, mixing well. Chill the dough.

Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with 3 inch cutters and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool and frost with the frosting ingredients.
