VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. celery
3/4 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook bag of vegetables with celery until tender. Drain. Add cheese, onions and mayonnaise and water chestnuts. Put in casserole dish, add Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
