NO PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. beef (stew or sirloin)
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. red wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Cut beef into 1 inch strips. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours (or high for 4 to 6 hours). Serve over noodles or rice.
