RELLENO DE POLLO 
1 med. tomato
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 tsp. vinegar

Peel and chop tomato. Rinse chili peppers; discard seeds. Chop chili peppers, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon salt. Chili mixture until ready to use. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
