PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 can chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Chopped walnuts for garnish
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla

Dump all cake ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir until moist. Have 13 x 9 inch pan greased and floured. Pour ingredients into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. If the cake starts to brown too soon, cover with foil and continue baking.

Beat all the icing ingredients (except walnuts) until smooth and creamy. When cake is completely cool, spread with icing and garnish with walnuts if desired. Bake 1 day and eat the next. Must be refrigerated.
