1 c. sugar
2/3 c. white corn syrup
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (cut into sm. pieces)
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour

Combine sugar, butter and syrup until a smooth blend. Add flour, salt and eggs together and beat slightly. Add vanilla and pecans. Bake in unbaked pie shell for one hour at 350 degrees.
