COCKTAIL SAUSAGES 
2 lbs. hot sausage
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Form sausage into 1 1/2" balls and fry. Drain and marinate overnight in sauce made from the remaining ingredients. Heat in chafing dish and serve hot.
