BREAKFAST CEREAL 
3 lbs. oat flakes
2 lbs. mixed almonds, walnuts & pumpkin seeds
2 lbs. sunflower seeds (raw)
2 lbs. raisins
2 lbs. sweetened carob chips or chocolate chips
1 lg. box Grape Nuts

Combine all of the ingredients. Stir in a covered container in a cool, dry place. At breakfast, place the cereal in a bowl, add tap water to more than cover the contents. Soak 2 minutes then eat. Bananas or other fruit are a good addition.
