CINNAMON RAISIN BARS 
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. golden raisins
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix in pan and cook over medium heat until thick. Cool.

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats

Heat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, soda and salt. Add oats and 1 tablespoon water and mix until crumbly. Firmly pat 1/2 mixture into greased 13x9 pan. Spread with raisin filling. Add 1 tablespoon water to remaining crumb mix. Spoon over raisin filling and pat smooth. Bake 35 minutes. Cool completely. Drizzle with icing.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 tbsp. milk (or enough to make it thin enough to drizzle)
