2 dozen eggs
2 1/2 c. hot milk
3/4 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
Sm. ham cubes
Grated cheddar cheese

Grease well 9x13 plus 8x8 pan. Beat eggs slightly. Add hot milk, salt and mix. Pour mixture into the 2 pans. Should only measure about 1 inch in pan. Sprinkle or place ham cubes over mixture. Pour melted butter over. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
