CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked
2 pkg. frozen green beans, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/4 soup can of milk or white wine
2/3 pkg. stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter
broth from chicken (use instead of water for stuffing)

Line bottom of casserole with beans. Cut chicken into pieces and place on top of beans. Mix milk (or wine) with soup and spread over chicken. Mix stuffing mix with butter and broth and spread over soup.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8.
