HAMBURGER SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can Durkee onion rings
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Brown ground beef and pour off drippings. Blend in gravy mix, garlic salt, water, uncooked rice, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover.

Let simmer 15 minutes. Stir in thawed peas and water chestnuts. Simmer until rice is tender. Stir in onion rings. Serve with soy sauce.
