1 c. cold milk
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1 1/2 c. 'rocks' (combine granola chunks, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, etc.)
1 packaged graham cracker pie crust

Beat together milk and pudding mix until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir 1 cup of cookies and 'rocks' into pudding mixture. Spoon into pie crust and sprinkle remaining cookies on top. Freeze until firm.

I double the recipe for the ingredients and make 3 (8 inch) pies.
