JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter or butter
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. sugar & sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar, suitable for baking
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Mix the ingredients together; blend well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
